KS3 SEN Teacher

If so, Mabel Prichard School have an opportunity for you, we are seeking to appoint a Teacher in our School.  Teachers have the opportunity to work in all phases of the school for their professional development.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed by 5pm on Tuesday 3rd December.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 12th December. The selection process will include a student panel, teaching a lesson and a panel interview.

We are seeking to appoint two teaching assistants, one with Early Years’ experience, to support our students in their learning to ensure they have the best life chances possible.

Mabel Prichard is a special school for children with profound and multiple learning difficulties and severe learning difficulties with an age range of 2 to 19 over two sites. Our classes vary from 8 to 10 students and we have a team of adults working in each. We offer training across a number of areas and support and encourage career development.

  • Have experience of working with children with PMLD, SLD, ASD and other complex needs.
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills which will be assessed at interview.
