At Mabel Prichard School we use 'ClassDojo' for our remote learning provision. ClassDojo is an online learning platform that allows teachers to post videos, activities and assign tasks to individual students. It also allows students and parents/carers to share photos, videos of learning that is taking place at home and to complete work that has been set by the class teacher. Class Dojo eliminates the need to print off any work as everything can be completed within the app. Every week your child will have an overview of learning activities uploaded as well as daily tasks and videos set by their class teacher. ClassDojo also has a messaging feature which allows quick and easy communication with the class teacher. We also have a music club and a health and fitness club on ClassDojo that students and parents can join for additional content.
In addition to ClassDojo, each class has a morning live zoom call for all the class to join in with. There is also a live zoom programme that runs through the week, with at least one session each day for the students to attend. Zoom sessions include our signing choir, music and yoga.
Parents can also request work packs to be delivered if needed.
